Blame homebuilders for credit crunch

Blame homebuilders for credit crunch
Every time we turn around they are trying to put the blame on someone else for the way the economy has become. Now people are blaming homebuilders for the credit crunch that we have found ourselves to be in. All across the country people feel that homebuilders have taken advantage of them. People feel that the homes being made are far more extravagant then they need to be. They also think that the homes have not been made with the energy efficiency being taken into effect. A lot of people feel that the homes have outrageous heat bills and that the energy efficient homes that they have been told were being built are not available to them. All the promises that the home builders were giving potential buyers seem to be forgotten. The buyers are getting the homes but not realizing that the things that were promised to them were not there until the bills start coming in. By this time it is too late to do anything about it and they suffer in silence. Not only are the home owners upset with the things that were promised being non existent they feel that the home builders are taking advantage of them as well. People are also blaming home builders for the credit crunch when they see the price reductions in the newspapers week after week. Homes are $349,000 one week and then they drop $30,000 the next. When people see these fluctuations in prices week after week there is reason for them have a lower level of faith in the home builders. They wonder why the homes are being priced so highly to begin with. As a direct result of the people across the country feeling this way, it has caused some of the home builders around the country to feel irreversible effects from the credit crunch. Many have been forced as far as the point of bankruptcy. With the sales of homes at a standstill the home builders are unable to pay their creditors thus resulting in them no longer being a viable company. All the people that are blaming the home builders for the credit crunch are forgetting that the home builders are not the only ones to blame for the state of the economy. People need to look more at the big picture and instead of blaming everything around them, start by blaming themselves as well. We all let things happen to us over the course of our lives and we are all somewhat responsible for the way the nation is now.

Petco climate change

January 9th, 2010

Petco climate change
The climate change has touched many companies closely and they have made an important decision to begin doing what they can to help combat climate change. We are talking about huge companies such as Petco that have come up with a variety of things to do that will increase their help by starting collection bin in an effort to collect unwanted items to make recycled items from it. This is an awesome effort by huge companies that can really make a difference. You can make just about anything from anything. There is a company that has been making tote bags from food wrappers and people are loving them. Not only does it look good, but it’s helping to reduce the amount of waste that hurts the environment. Petco climate change efforts are not alone there are other companies such as OfficeMax, Home Depot and Best Buy that are also joining in to play their part. There is no reason why you would not be able to visit a Petco store and donate your unwanted items in an effort to help. These are simple things that really make a huge difference, and the important thing is that everyone needs to do their part. Using petco climate change efforts is just making what we need to all be doing easier to do. So the next times you need to get dog food go to Petco and turn in your empty food bags in. Climate change is greatly effected by the amount of carbon dioxide that is being pumped into our atmosphere on a daily basis and if the continues at the rate that we are going at, the speed of the warming is going to continue to rise quicker than ever before. There are many things that we can do that will reduce the carbon dioxide and donating these items that we would normal put into the garbage pail is just one great thing that you can do. We have for the most part got used to the idea of recycling, well this is just an extended version of it. Make a pile of petco climate change donations and visit them monthly or weekly. I am proud to know that there are many companies just like petco that have made a wise choice, and have paved a way for many other companies to do what they can. There is minimal effort for reducing the carbon dioxide that is stealing our oxygen, but without the desire to do so we are surely doomed to a life that doesn’t have much hope for us.
