Climate change using oxygen levels

July 30th, 2010

Climate change using oxygen levels
There have many studies conducted to test the oxygen in the atmosphere, and the findings are frightening. The climate change using oxygen levels and there is not enough going back in, so basically there is less oxygen and more carbon dioxide. This is not a good thing for civilization, and this declining oxygen can mean destruction to everything living on the earth. I am sure that I do not have to tell you that oxygen is the key ingredient that keeps us alive. Maybe you have been to an oxygen bar to detoxify your body. That feeling that you get from pumping extra oxygen in your body does wonders on your health, and you have a feeling of renewal. Now think about the days that you decide you want to get back into shape and go for a quick job, that feeling of not being able to catch your breath is basically how you will feel with less oxygen. I believe that this is part of the reason why so many people are getting sicker. Oxygen helps to rejuvenate your body and heal you. The more climate change using oxygen levels the less oxygen we have. Please don’t let me lead you to believe that the oxygen will be disappearing because this is not going to happen for many years way beyond our time, but we will be affected as we have already been by the declining levels. So how do we combat climate change using oxygen levels, by planting more trees than are being cut down. This is a tall task though, and many people just don’t want to believe that there is a problem, or believe that someone else will do it. This is going to take the help of everyone, and putting up more trees isn’t the only thing that we can do. But the more trees that are up the more oxygen we have. Makes sense doesn’t it? Climate change using oxygen levels has been a problem for hundreds of years, but it wasn’t until recently that the problem has become worse. There is no reason that it wouldn’t when there are more and more people on the earth using cars daily, building homes from the trees in the forest, and knocking down trees to clear the land for new developments and stores. This is all being done at alarming rates, and the result of it all is that we are destroying the key factor that keeps us alive and healthy. Learn more about this problem and discover the ways that you can help to counter act this problem.

Climate change
I am sure you have heard about climate change and the many effects that it has been having, and the anticipated effects that it will be having on all of us. It’s a scary thought, and often difficult to determine what is the truth and what is not. Let’s face it things are changing drastically, and while most of the things that are predicted to happen might not have drastic effects on us will greatly effect our children and grandchildren. Let’s take a minute to discuss exactly what climate change is so that you can understand why it’s so important that we try to do something about it. Climate change is a basically as it sounds a change in the climate. This means there is a great potential that your 76 degree all year around weather in San Diego California can very well become 86 degrees all year around. It might not sound that bad of a thing, but there are many concerns on the effects that this will have on many aspects of nature. What will happen to the plants, wildlife or on us? While climate change is a naturally occurring thing, there are things that have dramatically increased the rate at which it is happening, and it’s a direct result of the things that we are doing. For example greenhouses add more gas into the atmosphere. Yes these gasses are naturally occurring but because of the increasing effect what is happening is these gases are becoming thicker and preventing the heat to escape into outer space. The result of this a warmer earth, and potentially a ripple effect that will greatly damage the life on earth as we know it. It’s a scary thought. There are things that we can do and should do that will contain this problem with climate change. I am sure you have seen the commercials, and noticed that so many companies are making the decision to go green. This is an important step towards containing the situation. But there are so many people that are not doing their part because it’s an inconvenience in their life. Climate change is going to happen, there is not a single doubt in my mind and definitely something that so many scientist have already known. So how can you play your part in rectifying the situation and play your part as a person living on this earth? There is a great amount of information about doing your part, going green is a perfect example of it. And if you are not sure just how to do that, you can do a small amount of research on the internet where you can find many lists of things that you can easily implement into your life.

Coffee and belly fat

July 27th, 2010

Coffee and belly fat
It’s early in the morning and you’ve just arrived at work. You’re tired, still sleepy, but ready to socialize a little with others. You head toward the company coffee pot, pour up a cup and sip it slowly with the other workers as you discuss your evening and the work ahead for the day. On top this, Coffee has some great benefits. It may even help you lose weight according to some studies. Or, it could just deplete your body of needed hormones and actually cause you to gain weight. This second side of the coin is what many new research studies are finding about the good old standby, coffee. Coffee tends to deplete the body of many needed minerals and hormones. One such hormone is DHEA. When DHEA is taken out of the body it can be a very bad thing for those thirty-five and over trying to lose that belly fat. DHEA is a growth hormone found in the body, but as mentioned it decreases after about the age of thirty-five. At this point, the body starts to store more fat. The body prepares the fat and sends it right to belly for storage. Physicians are recommending that at age thirty-five and forward, people should take a DHEA supplement of about twenty-five milligrams. Now add coffee into the equation with the fact it takes DHEA out and you have all the makings for a fat belly. Another problem with the coffee is caffeine. At this point you are likely thinking that caffeine is one of the main ingredients in diet pills. Unfortunately caffeine also stimulates the adrenal glands and causes them to produce cortisol. That is the bad word you hear on late night television and it goes right to belly. The result is what many experts call caffeine belly fat. There are alternatives though. Experts are suggesting green tea, sugar free drinks, and other drinks that will sometimes help with the loss of coffee. The mornings in front of the coffee machine will never be the same and you’ll likely still enjoy the smell of fresh coffee grounds, but in the end you will be better off. In fact, you may be the only one holding a drink still able to see your own toes without bending. If you are hooked on coffee, you may want to break away gradually to avoid severe headaches sometimes associate with caffeine withdraws. As always, you must still watch your diet and exercise to help with many other factors that contribute to belly fat.
